Rules and Policies

Check in/ Check Out:

Check in is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.  If you are going to be checking in after 9 p.m. we must be notified in advance or your reservation will be considered a no show.  No early check in unless previously authorized by the  Inn.  Check out is at 12 noon.  In order to maintain our cleaning standards, we are unable to allow late check outs.

Non-Smoking Inn:

There is no smoking of any type (including vaping) in any of our rooms, on the decks or on the terrace.  Any guest violating the non-smoking policy will be billed an additional 500.00 per night for clean up costs.  Smoking is allowed on the bottom yard, on the beach or in the gazebo.  However, please keep your fellow guests in mind.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served at 9:30 in the dining room.  Please advise us in advance if you have any food allergies or special dietary restrictions.  Our breakfast entrees can sometimes be complex and last minute changes are not always possible.

If you are leaving early (such as catching the ferry), please advise us in advance.  A lighter fare breakfast may be prepared to take with you.

Cancellation Policy:

 

It is the responsibility of our guests at the time of booking to consider these policies. Please be sure of your dates and travel plans before you book your stay with us. Once we have committed to hold a room for you, we will turn subsequent inquiries away. Due to the limited number of rooms in our inn, any cancellations greatly affect us. We appreciate your understanding of our policies as explained below.

  • Cancellations: A $25 fee per room will be charged for all cancellations.
  • 14 Days:   If a reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days notice and we are not able to rebook the room, you will be charged for any vacant nights of your reservation.   Cancellations must be made by speaking to the innkeeper and confirmed by email.
  • No-Shows: If you have a confirmed reservation and you do not arrive, we will consider that to be a No-Show.  No Shows will be charged for ALL reserved dates.

There is no refund for delayed arrivals, early departures, medical or family emergencies, work conflicts, inclement weather, missed or canceled flights, ferry reservations, etc.  

Room Rates:

All quoted  rates do not include the 15% GST/PST/MRDT taxes.   


PET POLICY - We love pets, but unfortunately not everyone does.  We are a pet free inn.
